i got mine from my LFS for 6.99 because they don't know about fish. it a Red Tail Asian Albino

very likely a asain redtail

but could be an albino indian shovelnose sort of looks the same, they are aggressive to but a little bit more rare

albino asian redtail Ive got two paid $5 a piece for them and one actually has just one eye doesnt seem to affect the little guy though and I repeat they are mean!
