You can expect 80cm fish in the suitable environment. if you are ever in Canberra, go to the zoo and aquarium there, massive salmon tails, about 50-80cm. In with 5' barra and a 3' mangrove jack!!!

When I kept mine in the pond I never heated it.
He was fine.
