That's the combo I wanted. Stilling looking for my gold nugget. Got my royal this past weekend.

When you do find one, try to get the biggest one you can and also try to find one that has been at the FS for a while. The longer it's been since import, the better the chances of survival. As for the Royal, hopefully you have as much luck with your as I have with mine. It's thriving.

Thanks for the advice. If I don't find a gold nugget soon, I might give in and go for this mango pleco that i've been eyeing.

What is it about the GN that you like? They supposedly have a reputation for being touchy even as adults. If you like the yellow spots, you may want to consider something else, like a vampire/galaxy (sometimes yellow spots, usually white), L007.
