I would've bought more fish and still enough my concert gig by playing Guitar Hero!:D It's good you to know you still will keep your fish.

yeah i can't get rid of my babies... and guitar hero is harder than real guitar... i played it for the first time the other day and i failed even in easy mode... on a song i'm able to play on real guitar... :screwy:

Ha ha! Awesome! I have a guitar but suck at it LOL.

practice makes perfect my friend!

I'd love to be able to play the harmony from 'the wicked end' by avenged sevenfold and the main riff for 'pychsosocial' by slipknot

i have no idea how either of those songs go really... but good luck!

nice!!!!!!!!!!! sweet.. im saving after i get a couple things for a gibson v-factor x flying V electric guitar got a bad feeling in the pit of my wallet

gibson v... good choice... i played one once and they play very smooth... but they suck to sit down with because of the slant, your leg always slides towards the neck. a cool guitar none the less!

Sweet guitar. I really want a Jag, but I'm about broke right now-I saved up for a Tele Deluxe last year. If I do get one, it'll probably be a Players like that one, but I really want a surf green one. It's too bad the players models don't come in more colors.

american vintage '62 tele comes in surf green. in all honesty i was contemplating whether to get the jag or the '62 green tele. of course the jag won... i like the amount of controls on this puppy.

i had the same problem too. went for fish though.

well my tank's already overstocked... and the parents wont let me have another tank [not that i'd be able to watch after 2]. and plus... i have three six poly's and they're the only fish i really like to keep anyways...

Save up some money and get one of the Dean Razorbacks - buddy has one and it's tits for chunky grooves - at 1400 a pop it should be though.

I'd stick with the music and do the fish thing as you grow a bit and get a better paying job. In the long run guitars are a lot cheaper to maintain :)

dean are metal guitars, primarily used by dimebag darrell [when he was alive], and i'm into classic rock/grunge/alternative stuff. my jag sounds perfect in any tone. and that is my master plan, when i'm a famous musician remind me to buy everyone on this forum one of whatever kind of fish they could ever dream of and a tank to accommodate it! :grinno:

I know what Dean's are for and who primarily used them :)

If you're into more grundgy stuff, have you looked into Gibson? I never liked them because the bodies are so bulky - but if you get a higher end model you can get some really clean tone out of them.

Do you customize your bridge yourself, or take it in to anyone to have it sanded down for a better tone?

well as you can see i have an epiphone les paul... it was really good at first but then i found it to either squeal too much or the notes to sound almost muted in distortion. and it just sounds bad clean. the only thing i really use it for anymore is when i play with my violin bow... pretty much every gibson i've played has been that way too... so i'm going to stick with fenders :D.

no i didnt do anything with the bridge. on the classic player models like i have, the stock bridge is an adjust-o-matic. on the older vintage jags the bridges were a big fail, and that's why i chose to get this one.
