I couldnt resist picking up a holpias at the lfs store today.. i have had these guys beofre but with the constant influx of money as well as a whole store of fish to play with i never had one for very long.. now that i have a grabage job with garbage pay and a newly emptied tank : ( i have decided to grow this guy out.. he is a lean mean 8 inches but will pack on size and weight quick..

Nice fish But you almost sound like it's a 2nd class fish that you're stuck with now. Man, I love my mala. 13'' and going strong! Have fun!

Dont get me wrong i have always been fascinated by wolves.. but sometimes, well most of the time they can be dreadfully boring when not feeding.. i have had wolves before and i would always ell guests look at my fish and they would be like "that rock".. If mine was 13" i would probably like him very much too.. but i havent seen any wolves that really satisfy my needs to be a show fish..
