I blew the pictures up 4x, and one can see in the third picture, as well as the reflection in the glass in the first picture, that the fish in question clearly has the mouth/snout of a Paraneetroplus species. That would be one seriously deformed mouth for a Cryptoheros species

Plus the body shape, markings and coloration are consistent with Paraneetroplus bulleri.
While a line from eye to mouth is a trait often exhibited by C. spilirus/cutteri, it is also a trait that is often present in many CA cichlids, but not exhibited except under fright. Seeing that the fish is in shallow water, when the picture was taken, it may very well be in a scared mode.
C. chetemulensis may or may not be in the hobby yet ----not too sure.
With out knowing the collection point with certainty, it's difficult to say wether or not a fish is actually C. chetemulensis or a regional variant of C. spilirum/cutteri. There are a few different C. spilirum/cutteri fish in the trade, that are being called C. chetemulensis ---of course all these fish can't be C.chetemulensis as they are clearly different strains. As shown in this link, (there are others also, I have seen in other threads).

Though, this has little to do with Paraneetroplus.
