You need to be licensed in order to make a profit off of selling them?

I don't think so, I think with small LPS they would probably take em off your hands for small price. Maybe chain stores require a license?

wouldn't be looking to get rich from leos, unless the stupid expensive morphs... might pay for some their upkeep... or better... put towards aussie geckos ;)

Those Aussies look amazing!!!! Never seen them before. But yeah, we were going to try to sell some of my babies to PetSmart, or advertise on their bulletin board, but they wouldn't allow it since it wasn't lisenced. Glad I didn't now. Most of them ended up becoming classroom pets and the teachers got more of them after having just one. My bio teacher got several after the one we gave her died from food poisoning (bad crickets). It was kinda funny watching the addiction spread.

Stop rubbing those Aussie geckos in our face Davo!

He agreed that if I can get a pair and breed them, that he would come all the way to Minnesota to pick up some of the offspring :)

Whoever said they need to be licensed is BSing you... and they probably said that because they could get cheaper geckos somewhere else without hurting your feelings. I haven't heard of any reptile breeder having to get licensed.

Now, there are certificates, but almost anyone can get registered for certificates if you got the money and they don't mean a thing since almost no one recognize them.
