seems to me you guys are going by the colors of the eyes...

not enough experience in ID's but I trust the seller. The first time I purchased pbass from this LFS I asked to see the invoice and it said Peru, so I'm going by what is on the tag. There color in the tank was a brownish tint, and the eyes are blood red. And the markings. If you know the answer then my ears are open.

whats up bradda.. i should of known you would pop up in this thread.... there are ways that you can i.d. certain cichla as wild and be correct 99% of the time.
