yeah if your trying to feed it and it wont take it you might be trying to feed the wrong end,lol.
You ever take it out and let it crawl around the house?
I've got a video of some guy handling a vietnamese then he finds out how venomous it is and drops it. LOL

EDIT: For those who can't tell... The head is on the right, the left side is the back.
He eats crickets and roaches (lots of Tarantula, scorpion, and centipede keepers prefer to grow colonies of cockroaches, they are much better food then crickets for various reasons)
They grab with both ends. If one end goes to the other, that means it grabbed it with its back legs, and it swept back to bite it
LOL, nah its in a very, very secure container. Id never let him out... Although when I bought it several people handled it, one was bitten (Dry bite) and the other provoked it to bite him (he likes to A/B the venom) although, it wouldn't bite him !!! haha.
