Hmmm, price doesn't matter so much after a few months, but initially yes. Great price I paid $400 for 4 2' catfish 2 years ago. So pretty much $100 for the tsn x rtc at 2'. He eats probably $20 of food per week though, and I have spent at least $1000 on the insulated pond, and $400 more for filtration, and will be starting my monster tank soon. So yeah, it's not a matter of the cost of the fish, it's more a matter of how dedicated you are. I'll be building a 4000 gal tank for my catfish next year. Gonna be some real monsters in there for sure. Keep us updated. Coloration looks really nice!
Man I want one bad can't wait till my tsn gets bigger so I can justify getting a larger tank then time to play.
