At what size will Salvini start breeding?

Had one that spawned just a hair over 3 inches.

Who'd they get them from then if they went and double checked?

I don't know, all they said was they get them from the Cichlid Exchange and they get them from a reliable source. I was thinking of getting another one but when I looked at the one they had, they were rather small and not as good looking as the one I got a few months back.
