what size tank, love the bamboo shoots and what type of lighting do you have and is that a black background?
i dont know what the substrate is, it was in a huge bucket at my LFS for 50 cents a pound.
90 gallon with some regular 48 inch tank lights, i used a professional studio light with a 500W bulb for extra lighting, i need to start trying to use external flash thouggh

That looks like a brilliant tank! And the pictures are amazing! What megapixel is teh cambra your using? The bamboo looks brilliant aswell. Those bichirs are gonna make some sweet fish when adult.
