New PICS of my DISCUS TANK!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
My full tank shots never look as good as they do in person. Maybe thats cause i SUCK at taking pictures! Its the colors nothing comes out the same. I have a nice ish camera. The colors are not nearly as bright and the background is so much lighter than real life!!

Any picture tips? ive tired turning off the lights (room) but things look worse.

Anyways here ya go!

;) :D

No offence, but I think you should learn the correct terms for drop checker and parameters.

The fish look healthy and happy but the tank imo seems a bit too small for 12 discus. Are you looking to up grade? The tank looks like it is only 3 feet long?

The last photo looks the best. I find when taking photos of tanks with flash its all about getting the right angle.

I wasn't planning on upgrading, but since i just moved, im thinking about setting up my 115. Although i am going to need a good amount of supplies

Nice. watch the overstocking though.

The plants and fish all look beautiful and healthy :)

A couple of artistic comments. You might want to drop your focal point (center clump of anubis) a bit closer to the middle of the tank vertically. The bright blue in the backdrop looks good on the fish but it's not the best color partner for the anubis you have in there.

What kind of vine is that on the right of the tank? Looks like Brazilian but that's usually a light green color.
