thanks .. we are close to results now.. looks like it was the water... we have hard water ... and a softer added ... we have separate hoses... we used water from a different tank.. hard to explain..because our water system is highly advanced and technical..but it still misses if you don't add just right... so far thats what he came up with.. doing more tests now on water in his tank..
