Nice pics

#2 - Look like a frog
#3 - Look like a croc
#4 - Ever considered entering POTM?

Cool little guy,great pics too.

Cheers for the positive comments everyone.

Never thought of entering but will give it a go i think.

About the feeding thing, the lad i got it off didnt take good care of them at all. They werent feed right he tried to just use goldfish flake stuff and wondered why they wouldnt eat it. Not to mention 2 of them are missing a fin flipper thing.

So ive got them on bloodworm, mussels atm and gonna get lance fish and carnivore pellets. so far i feed them everyday is this to much or not enough??

Cheers guys

At the size he is now looks very thin.
Bloodworms wont cut it.
You should try Pellets. Also small bits of cut fish such as Tilapia.
uncooked deshelled shrimp is also good.

It should go straight for the shrimp. Once it is bulked up starve it for a week or two occasionally dropping pellets ONLY in the tank.
It will soon take them.

For comparison, here is one of my Juvis when it was the same size as yours (5"):

Not overly fat, but if you get yours to this weight, it will be safe to starve onto pellets.

Good luck, you got a great fish!

Cheers for the advice tokyo, I really want to get him to a good healthy weight and size. I'll pick up the other stuff you suggested.

Is there any other types of fish fillet they can have. I know to avoid oily fish but is there anything else?

Thanks in advance
