Cheers for the advice tokyo, I really want to get him to a good healthy weight and size. I'll pick up the other stuff you suggested.

Is there any other types of fish fillet they can have. I know to avoid oily fish but is there anything else?

Firstly great poly and pic taking skills, i feed my poly's normal hake as a treat. U can try that, my advise wud be to get him on a pellet like massivore/carnivore. That will fatten him after a few weeks.
