Amazing looking fish and great pics. You gotta love Pacu's they are gentle giants and grow at amazing speeds. Bought some at around a half inch and within 5 months they had eclipsed the 6 inch mark. I had to sell them they were outgroing my tank at a feverish rate.
wow-he is by far the healthiest, best looking pacu i have ever seen on here! youve done so good with him. i have always been fond of pacus and really want one, but i know i will never have a tank big enough to house one.
when you get frusterated with him and want to "off" him just take a look at that pacu "grin"-they look so sweet! he is well worth any frusterations.
thank you for showing us all how to care for a pacu, and that they are not aquarium fish-cost lots of money, and demand alot from the owners. i get so irritated when i see people cramming pacus in tiny ill shaped tanks its nice to see one that is well cared for and loved.
