Its quite common for Crenicichla to be stubborn at first to eat foods, especially prepared foods like pellets. Give it time, it'll come around in the end. 
Frozen mysis shrimp is probably the best way to go right now. Get the Piscine Energetics brand, as its QUITE nice.
Alternate between frozen bloodworms, mysis, and frozen krill. Either feed them seperate, or all at the same time. Mix them ocassionaly with the pellets as well.
Are there any other fish in there with it? Sometimes pikes 'learn' to eat certain foods by watching other fish eat them as well.
I wouldn't flip out too much, many of us have had pikes not eat for several weeks with no problems. Besides, Crenicichla lucius is one of the easier species to get to eat.
