I have one, they get about 12" long. Mine eats feeders and Hikari sticks. Very very nervous fish so avoid scaring it as it can break the beak....yours looks like it may have been previously broken.

when i was looking at it, it did look to be broken, damnit, ill try the hikari sticks! is that what you primarly feed your PH?

crocodile fish is what they called them at the store i worked at same deal eat great for like 4mo then dead????

they don't grow a lot, but they are very nice... put them in a well planted tank, they will love it

Anyone else? This has me curious now. I wonder if it's not from old age??? Maybe they are imported as older adults, and they simply don't get that big?
