I will add salt right now. How much salt do I use? Is regular iodized table salt fine?
kevbc03;3385302; said:Ok thank you, and last question. I actually received the sanchezi piranha this morning at around 9 am. I tried feeding him a couple times today but I got nothing.
Is he just stressed? Or is this "illness/problem" keeping him from eating?

Keep trying daily-Remove any uneaten food shortly after-Most people leave food in for hours-Myself-I tend to leave it in for minutes---
How big is fish?
If small multiple feeding daily will be required..Bigger-Sub Adult should be feed daily-Adult should be fed maybe twice weekly...Just watch the fat build up towards dorsal.....

But hopefully the salt and meds work and he will discontinue the stress and gain his appetite back.
