New Pleco

Got couple new 11~12" plecos that came in today. Only saw picture for one of them, the seller reassured me that the other one is the same, so I pulled the trigger. Well, to my untrained eyes, they don't really look the same, so I emailed the seller. He emailed me back reassuring me that the other one is also a goldline. Dunno... perhaps other more experienced pleco keepers can chime in ;)

Sorry about the dirty water, was doing a rid-x treatment when they arrived.

Maybe it's just me.... They do look a little different..............
 
Oh, as soon as they went in, they managed to persuade the resident pleco boss to temporary leave his favorite spot. Was finally able to get a clearer picture of it.

I know it's a Tocantins, my point is... that's not what he told me! and supposedly, the first one is not a teles pires, take another guess. It does look a lil different when compared to my other teles pires.
 
If it wasn't a she who told you than who is this he that told you? So we have ahead up in the future. My second guess would be a goldline "Tapajos thunder"

As far as who it's from, I'd rather not name names, but it's from an online seller that's been discussed here before. Not one of the mfk vendors.
 
Fish 1 - Panaque armbrusteri, from the Tapajos basin, likely the Teles Pires.

Fish 2 - Panaque cf. armbrusteri, from the Tocantins basin.
 
First one kinda look like teles Pires, second one looks like my tapajos

Beautiful tho, and that parrot is as red as ever! Lol
