New Plecos

Thanks for the info. I have a pretty good algea growth in my tank as of now so they've been eatting that. The rubber lip is kinda aggresive though and stubborn to come out of his hidding spot. I have algea disks that I put in the tank. What kind of veggies should I put in the tank? and whats a good way from keeping them from floating around the tank?

They'll eat a very wide range of vegetables: zuccini, cucumbers, squash, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, lettuce, etc. I'm not sure what the problem is with your pleco, I have never had this happen with any of the plecos I've kept.

Well hes the scoop. I took him out of the current tank and put him in a 20 gal long with some driftwood. The water is a little softer and it seems to be helping him out. I'll just keep a good eye on him and update if needed
