Yep yours is a leucistic pterygoplichthys species. He should max at 20", but can attain larger sizes.
 
Alright. well when I was looking at the plecos at petsmart they had rubbernosed plecos and golden nugget plecos mixed in the tank. I said I wanted the biggest rubbernosed pleco, the golden nuggets are like 34.99 and it looked like she had grabed a golden nugget and charged for the price of the rubbernose (4.99).
