i found out today that most states need a permit in order to ship fish into ....
so i guess now i can only ship around California ... -___-

anyway, i still have em... they r getting bigger stronger and beautifuler !
come get em 100 for 4!!!

i found it weird too, seeing that soo many people ship fish around...and yet all these state fish n game dep. keep tellin me that its illegal to ship interstate w/o permit

i can guess i can only ship within CA now ...

I promise you that this is not true. I have a friend who is fed ex "certified" to ship his fish. All they wanted was for him to send in a box to show he knew how to ship. I have received fish from many states including Hawii.
