How long has he gone without eating? I wouldn't worry if it's less than a few days.

I got him on friday and as of today he still hasn't eaten. I will try some snails, I forgot they liked them.

They absolutely love snails. Any hard shelled food item. Fish dont starve themselves so he should eventually should eat. Unless theres a medical issue or something, but he looks pretty Healthy to me. Live food should spark his interest.

Please post all water parameters.

beautiful pics, but he looks like a sad puppy. may be in shock from the move, especially if he's really small. try live brine shimp or really small feeders, but give it 3 or 4 days.

he looks ok, as long as he's not breathing hard, check for white spots on the fins which would indicate ich.

probably live ghost shrimp would be the best teaser, i doubt he'll refuse those for long. he looks ok, this type of puffer tends to sulk initially when new to an environment.

I would do a darker substrate. I have found this to be effective with small fish :)
