My new puppy, should be here friday night with my husband. she is 3 months old & Very Sweet-natured. Gentle with her families' chihuahua which is way smaller than our 5.5lb chi, but she plays rowdy with big dogs. smart & sensitive, already adjusts her behavior to individuals.
She tilts her head sideways when you talk to her and smiles too.
she is the result of accidental breeding during first heat of a lanky-type American Bulldog mom & an Australian Shepherd dad. she is built more like an aussie with good bone.
<a BullAussie> ;-)
An unusual trait for her age: she will not mouth or chew peoples hands at all. it is self-imposed, didn't have to be taught by her family.
only chews toys & inanimate things.
I am excited.

She's beautiful! I wish you many years of happiness with her.

Looks like a trouble maker, but the fun kind.

ha, of course! My husband spent time meeting her. said she has submissive personality & comes running when called (while playing with another dog) and will sure keep me busy bcuz she's fast.
that'll be good for me. need a walking partner to go out & about with.

Glad she's settled in fine  its really good that's she's submissive and returning on command , not like mine whos a runner especially when other dogs are involved ;):D
Look forward to update pics on her she's gorgeous

thank you. but she's not home yet. all observations are from my husband meeting her & he's picking her up friday on his way home from out of town.

Ah I remember those trips to go see our swift when he was a pup , the breeder was an hour away from me and we had to wait six weeks to get him , my kids had me driving up every weekend to see him with the rest of his litter :D

:-) ha! Our town is small with very few pups so husband's trips to cities give more choices.
I started out dealing with a top notch Boxer breeder, had a pup picked and she said it would be mine. after I was all sucked in, the day came to pay deposit, then her husband told her she could keep that pup
After a few months some things changed & so did our minds about those kind of prices at this time, they've ALL become so high.
SO we looked & waited for the right individual with special temperament & personality. we encountered some real eye-openers & disappointments.

Really cute pup, have fun with her! :)
Thanks! I hope to ;-)
