Great looking rays, I saw in your original post that you mentioned you put them right into a 10x3x3 tank. Is it difficult to feed them in that large water volume when they are pups? Or is there anything you would do differently when you start out with little pups in a big tank? I've been trying to decide if I should get an intermediate sized tank for grow out of pups once I get some but that's more money that I would rather spend on my big tank.
To be honest I haven’t had an issue at all with them finding food, there nature to forage definitely helped I think I fed majority pellets to begin with. I don’t think I’d do anything different. I’d say the only downside would be if they became ill treating the larger tank but that’s the same at any point with a larger tank.-
These guys were hungry this morning I missed the photo but they were stacked 3 high wrestling for the first massivore pellet. 
Been a few months since I updated on these still growing well I haven’t grown rays from pups before so I can’t say if there growing fast but it sure feels like it. Very peaceful with each other so far, heavy majority of there diet is pellets will be adding more variety in the future. Still have to retrieve the algae scraper in the background landed between two rays and reaching into a 3 foot deep tank sucks ?
