Im not into keeping a worm farm at the moment I only have 2 rays and from what I understand worm farms don't smell the best lol

But any ways, have you tried pellets yet? IMO/IME motoros aren't really picky eaters. Drop a pellet or two in and see if they eat it.
As for your discus, they look stressed if anything. Closed dorsal fins and closed tail (to me) is a sign of stress. Do you have a "moon light" light? If you do, watch them under the moon light lights to see if the rays stressing the discus fish.
