The bent snout is a little bit of a pity, but nonetheless its a great fish, one of my favorite catfishs.
Looks as though he may be a "venezuala variant", notice the spots on his head.

It is amazing how you can get such good deals being in the right place at the right time..someone probably brought him in because he was too big.. he is awesome and looking forward to seeing him in the tank.. thats where you can really see him.. wow just saw the pictures of him in the tank.. being in a hurry i missed them.. he is awesome as they get!!!

Highly doubt it. Most likely it was kept in a tank too small, and being skittish to begin with, the small tank would only add to it. Probably smashed its snout a good few times before the owner decided to let it go. Its really common in TSNs...rallysman;720233; said:
