Thanks for the kind words. I had an 8" gold saum that I replaced with this guy. I really loved my gold saum and did'nt see me ever trading him out..... until I ran into this guy. It was marked at $50 plus 20% off and he gave me $5 off that to come to $32.40 after tax. I think they had a lot of trade ins this week and were running out of space so they marked things cheap to move them. I was able to give my old fish to my friend who is my neighbor so I can still see him and I knew he went to a good home. Otherwise I dont think I would have been able to trade him out.

The tank is a 75 stocked with the new GT, 3 filament barbs, 5 tiger barbs, a royal pleco(for now), and an L-600

It may just be the lighting, but the old saum looks more like a redsaum than a goldsaum. That silver has nice wide markings though, very pretty.
