Very nice pick up indeed, nice deep red on those 7 pointers.

Yes even more so in person. I wish I had more money to get more.

1st 1 is good looking, love the red. any problems with sunken in stomach or anything?

Yea 1st one is a stunner huh but like the second one as well. There easy to tell apart and I like having different looking fish even if they are the same species.

No problems with sunken stomachs. They did puncture every bag they were placed in. Never had such big pleco's shipped to me before so I was impressed with how these were shipped. Double bagged then the bags were placed into a rubbermaid shoebox container and given a 3rd bag. Prevented all the water from draining out of the bags. I would get more from him if I had the funds. Buying these fish then a new canister filter and then a new lighting system for my tanks has made my wallet a bit thin. So before I went completely broke I bought some new shoes since my last ones were falling apart so won't have play money for about a month and a half. Always do got my plastic though lol.

Drool so sweet

Aren't they. Uh oh gonna need a mop to clean up the drool spill.

Congrats! That "female" is really nice.
Would it be better to quarantine these fish in separate tanks (don't want one that is worm-free to get worms if the other one does have worms)?

Considering they both came from the same source I decided to house them together and de-worm them as well as a precaution. Neither showed signs of worms though and I saw nothing abnormal with there poop. I will do it separately if there from two different sources.

How the scarletts doing bro?

They are doing good. The one that is more colorful is a pig. Will eat with the lights on at the front of the tank. Other one tends to prefer to eat when the lights are out. Both my tanks are in need of a WC so after I do that I'll try to get some new pictures posted.

Any good idea's on where to get a nice size cave for a foot long Pseuda or something I could do to make one? I bought a clay pot but I don't like how wide it is. If I have to I'll use it by cutting it in half with my dremel but looking for a possible better idea.

I don't care for the look of clay pots. I just used large driftwood that they could hide under. Just make sure it's good and heavy or A foot long pseuda will rearrange your tank for you lol. Great looking plecos btw.

Try to find the old school clay drain pipe or use black PVC pipe.

I personally don't care for pots either but if it comes to it I will go that route. Thanks for the compliment.

I looked that up and I can't find anyone who deals with that locally found places up north but not down here. May check out the black PVC but was looking on ebay and found some clay wine brique (Clay Wine Cooler) they all seem to be 10-11" long and 4.5 inches wide on the inside. Is that wide enough?

Looks awesome ! And big too

Thanks and they are big. Roughly a foot long. Haven't measured to get and exact measurement kind of scares me to attempt to hold one lol.
