yes, that is barilius bakeri, only found in India, when I brought them in a few years ago, people didn't buy them, not even at $15.00 each, so you'll probably never see this fish again, unless you want about $5000.00 worth of Indian fish, that's how much it costs to bring in a minimum order with shipping.
