with retics make sure your water is clean, warm, and consistent. They'll suit your 220 the best, and get males if you can since they'll stay smaller. Same with motoros as far as sex. They're slightly more tolerant in regards to water conditions and typically easier to get onto prepared foods.

Retics are hit and miss on what they'll eat, but be prepared to spent a lot of money on food either way.

whats the growth rate on the 2? my LFS has 2 nice looking teacups right now.

i would go with an oak or cherry stain on te erecessed panels and do an ebony on the "trim"

I think if you have to put any rays in that tank, a single retic pup, will be the only thing, that amount of water can handle...you will be changing water everyday 50% at least if you try two or three...Just my opinion on this bro. They NEED a ton of food, and that is just not enough water to dissipate the waste.

Also do you have a source for black worms?

that sucks, but thats the info i need. and i dont think, ive never tried to find them, i know dans (florencebigfish) motoros eat silversides like theres no tomorrow.

also, as far as filtration, what would be a good canister for this?

IMPO retics will not eat silversides right off that bat. You need to ask the LFS to feed them in front of you so you can see what/how/and if they will eat. Black worms cost about 35$ a pound and you will need that per week when small...

And I had 2x AC 110's and a Rena xp3 on a 75 and had to do daily 40% changes, with three 5" pups....
