Thanks again everyone. I got 50 ghost shrimp today, along with some blackworms and krill. It took a little while for the ray to get interested in the shrimp probably because of all the commotion going on in the tank. (All the other fish we going nuts for them) The ray did go nuts for the blackworms though.
Everything else looks to be going well.
Here are some more pics of the ray and the tank as requested:
Yeah there are a lot of fish in there that most people would say not to keep together. But they actually give me and each other very little problems. Maybe when they get bigger I will have to take some out or move them but for now everyone is happy. The tank has a built in overflow that goes into a 40 gallon sump. The pump on it is made for ponds. It moves about 1600 gph. I also run one of those new Fluval FX5's on it as well just in case. I think it works great . I have no complaints.
The fish eat lots of different stuff. Mostly pellets and freeze dried foods. Sometimes I feed mealworms to the aro and cichlids. The royal gets algae waffers and zuchini too. I tried giving it potatoes and yams like people suggested, but it didnt like them. The ray eats worms and ghost shrimp. I am working on getting it onto frozen krill or market shrimp.
