Thanks all! Yes, a Hystrix. We found the original picture on the Internet; he used it mainly for the way the body was sitting. He followed the pattern a little, but added his own touch for most of it.

I am Facebook friends with the guy who did that and saw him post a picture so running into it here is so weird. Small world. Also id say it's the best tattoo that guy has done by far.
