lol, don't worry about a derail bro, I'm so excited about these guys I can't contain myself. Long story short, my 270 gallon tank sprung a leak, so I have everybody in the 180 gallon at the moment. I currently have a FX6, 406, and Aqueon 75 HOB.

So they're in my 180g right now. My filtration right now is a FX6, Fluvial 406 and Aqueon 75 HOB. They should be back in the big tank in next couple of weeks.
 
Just wondering. How are the nitrates holding? It must be up a bit with all the fish,no?!
 
Thought it would be much higher but that's great to know.

Motoros are fun I have two! I've noticed that you don't need overkill filtration just need to keep up with water changes. My nitrates are pretty low with my sump but I change out my filter floss every other day so no poop in my tank.

I do water changes every two weeks but I top off and do gravel vacuums every week about 10% of water.
