Always have plenty of filtration , -"You can not have too much"- . I would recommend no more than 6 Red Belly in that footprint They can grow to 10" With the proper water care and diet .
I recommend feeding "http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=4476 " As a staple diet and also get them to eat " http://www.thatpetplace.com/spectru..._id=27402247&gclid=CM6aufuhtL8CFQoKaQodL7QAhA "
DO Not feed live food like gold fish , Maybe every blue moon buy them live food . Heavy water changes every week Piranha are messy eaters .

I would do aim for 7 and start with a 10 they will hit 6-7 inches in the first year then grow about an inch a year after that so 10 would be fine for about 2 years then sell off the other ones till u hit 7.... Piranhas need a lot and I mean a lot of filteration.... I would say for a pygo shoal a 10x turnover rate at least So with a 132 you should be pumping close to 1320 but there are other factors as well.... You have an ac 110 so I . Would go with a fluval fx6 on the high end or an ehiem 2217 on the low end..... Ive kept 17 reds in a 125 from when they were 2 inches till they were 4.5 inches with no casualties they aren't as canabalistic as caribe

That's pretty impressive without having casualties
