A method I personally use, both at home and in the store that I work at, is thaw the frozen worms and use a long pair of foreseps or twezers and just place the food on the bottum of the aquarium and destarct the fish with other food.

My male is really active with other fish in there but it took about a month be for he got really active. My female is really shy
