how is it that you get the wood to float but stay in place?

The wood is siliconed to the top of the glass lids. It dried for 4 days before I filpped them over. The tank is a 180 not a 150.

i like your ray looks good against the substrate you've chosen. i like black fine sand with loads of bogwood, but yours looks very nice!
