I like the brackish archer idea. Get some mangroves to grow out of the water and put some different scats in there too! Maybe throw in a silver dat and your all good! This is one of the tanks that I havnt got around too......yet 
i had an archer when i was a kid, he was in a 15 gallon tall, i had small potted plants sitting on rocks to keep them out of the water, and would buy crickits and watch the archer shoot them off of the leaves. It was pretty cool. It has my vote

what happened to the turtle tank you was working on?? I wana see that, but for that 110 I would do the brackish Idea with a small group of archers (3-4) a gymnothorax tile a scat or two and a mono or two with mangroves growing out of the surface. I would leave it 75-80% full and just have an open top with a hanging light above.. that would be sweet.. could even try a small group of figure eight puffers
