So I got a new silver. "Yay", and he's about 6". He's in my 55 with a pacu and a Lima shovel nose, they are all about the same size. I want to know if it would be safe to place him with my 6" green terror. Its a 125 g and he's about the only thing in there. So what do you all say?

I think he should be fine I have green terror, 2 Jack Demseys ,and a convict with my 6inch silver and they don't bother him at all. Just keep an eye on him.
Recommended that silver aros of this size be kept with select none aggressive tankmates. It is also recommend that silvers should be 2x as long as cichlids they are kept with.
You'll always have people that say" should be OK" but with some research it is very easy to see all the cases where in fact it didn't work.
Why would you say this? Because you have experience in the matter or you just seem to lack the ability to either follow or pass on the advise that you have been given?
