they are rainbows , look again on the tail fin even though pics are poor you can see the spots on there (probably not round spots at that size) varanio and deangalo are correct , that mix cannot work out , your rainbows are sub-tropical fish and stay very small around 7" they will get infection at some point if kept at tropical temps all the time , they should be kept at normal room temp without a heater (when i see room temp i mean a room that you use ,if you put them in a basement ect where temps get very cold pop a heater in and set to 18c ) the pleuros theese grow a lot bigger around 16" and will eat smaller fish ,also they need to have full tropical temps year round , as far as ph goes neither are too fussy but prefer slightly softer water . the rainbows should have a tank to there selves with lots of hiding places and densly planted ,so they feel secure , the pleuros req a very long tank as they swim fast and most of the day even when there 16" monsters they prefer floating plants and bottom planted with something simple like vallis ,hair grass ect most tall plant would just get ripped out . pleuros are also river fish are would enjoy a bit of flow , rainbow prefer the water to be stiller .
my advice if you only have one tank is either ,buy a tank dedicated to each species or if new tank is not an option decide which species suits the tank you have now best and trade the other group
keep in mind pleuros will need something along the lines of a 7ft long tank when older
rainbows req colder water and you will not be able to keep anything else with them
let us know how you get on
