I not sure if anyone have posted it. but It is amazing to think that there still new spiece have been discovered.

This arowana has been discovered in Myanmar. It scale pattern is different and unique from other arowana species. Here is the article:

The species has been posted before as Hao stated. However thanks for posting the article it is a good short read.

BTW, you might like to know that over 200 new fish species have been discovered and described in the last decade. And, nearly the same number of new fish have been discovered and are awaiting formal descriptions.

Is it a Nami Green?
Nami Green is different from Batik Aro. They could be the same species from different location or 2 different species. Not enough research has been done. Batik come from Myannmar. Nami come from Malaysia.
