New species of parachromis

I agree the male looks similar to a freddy with more of a jag body shape, and the female looks very similar to a red tiger mota, however they also collected multiple races of motaguense so if either of these fish were mota's they'd have known. the guys on this trip were guys that really know their stuff. I agree that Rusty Wessel is one of the foremost experts when it comes to cichlids though he would never admit it. He's one hell of a guy and I might just have to see if I can get some F1 juves once he breeds the pair.

The male looks a little jag like in shape, mouth etc, but to me both of them almost look like a cross between friedrich and loisellei.

Do you have them in a tank yet/

You lifted the wrong photo from the other website...The male is correct, but the photo of the "female" is a female Red Tiger Moto...the site you took the photos from has the correct photo of the female.
