well, we need to wait for our gar experts for now! I would say look more like a spotted but I haven't seen FLG much so I'm not sure!

nice florida. just watch it with gars in colorado. they are illegal to import without a permit. you can own them, but they would have had to have been imported to the state under a permit so it is risky to have them.

Can I share my gar here to I just got two of them today I traded a bunch of other fish for them I love them I was wondering if I can get away with putting a rainbow trout with them or a small mouth bass with the I got a 11" Florida gar and a 15" longnose I'll post some pics

Neither a rainbow trout or a smallmouth bass would work with those gars for multiple reasons.

Something seems different about the Florida gar, too...

Well in lighting me please these are my first gars I had a small one a long time ago but I didn't have it ongoing what's wrong with the Florida gar and y could I not put a small rainbow with them what native fish would go with them
