New Start on used aquarium

sure I can share more pics, just took these. As you can see I just finished doing a cleaning on the stones and added more fresh treated water. There are baby guppies in the top hiding in the leaves.
Since I did a cleaning, I have not seen the shrimp out. Was making sure I did not get any in the container, hoping they survived.

I also just ran out and got a new pump/filtration system, my other one quite. Thinking that may have been most of the problem.

What do you think would be a good amount of time to wait?

Keep checking your parameters for about 1month, hopefully everything will stabilize by then. Keep feeding fish lightly until then.
