He has 9 posts. It's not like he is a pro at navigating the site yet. Way to welcome the new guy. Oh, and FYI, it's not the noob questions that are ruining the site, it's the condescending jerks like yourself. FYI #2, using a smilie at the end of a jerkoff post doesn't make it OK or PC.

To the OP: That tank is only about a 75 gallon. Aside from being too small size wise, it simply isn't enough water. Rays are a HUGE bioload, and they need lots of water and lots of filtration to dilute that. If you have the space for a pond, which a lot of ray keepers end up with anyway, you should consider a 300 gallon rubbermaid. They are about 5x5x2 with rounded corners, and they are cheap. If you want to go bigger, cinder blocks and a pondliner go a long way. Of course, if you are going to build a pond of that size, you should do a little reading about DIY wet/drys, too. ;)

Also, for what it's worth, welcome to the site. Sorry you got such a bad first impression.

Well thank for the info,i decided to start with some cichlids a a few clown loaches since im fairly new to fish keeping(fairly coz i had a small tank when i was 9 years old and well i failedT_T)

Sorry for being rude, but 1of3 post are about the same thing, and if people took the time to read the stickys they would know.. That comes to every fishkeeping, you should read before you buy..

I hope you will join the ray section when you got the tank :) Its unbeatable, ive had tons of fish, but nothing is even comperable, just love the rays!

So you're saying that you can find that small tiny new thread button, but it's not surprising if you miss the giant box under it that contains all the stickies, or the box directly left of it that says "search"? Not trying to flame the guy, but you yourself are bringing up some pretty pointless points.

Err, one more question,if the stingray is in a pond u can fit in,do u step inside the pond to siphon the poop?
You can always stick a powerhead in there to blow all the debris into one area and then siphon from there.
