New stingray not eatting and hip bones are showing

Tank temperature is 29 celius. I managed to get her to eat one earthworm today. But that is all she has eat since I have had her
I used to keep rays and any time one wasnt eating I could almost always get them to take black worms.
Keep lights off and temp where you have it. Treat with prazi asap
Is she separated from the other ray? That is good that she ate a worm-it's a start.
Are you cutting the worm into small pieces? I found that in the beginning, finicky rays didn't like whole worms. Once I cut the worms into small pieces, the rays started to eat.

She is completely separated from the other ray, I currently have her eatting from about 4-6 worm a day now so it’s going in the right direction , I do try and offer foods but she won’t eat them at the minute. Her hip bones are starting to go. So fingers crossed she keeps up with the feeding.
