Here's the freebie 72 gallon bow front. Today we picked up 3 teacup stingrays for it and would like to know what kind of stingrays they are.
These came from Catfish Charlie's here in Colorado and I must say Thanks to Ron and his family for all there help. :-) IMG_8594.JPGIMG_8596.JPGIMG_8600.JPGIMG_8604.JPGIMG_8605.JPGIMG_8607.JPG

+1 with John. They and the tank look GREAT! What are you feeding?

Thanks, I put some black worms in and they didn't seem interested so I put in a small night crawler and they didn't eat it as of yet?
They may just be stressed for the move?

The tank has cycled and has been setup for 3 weeks, I cycled it with the canister filter from my other 72 gallon bow front that has been up and running with no issues for 8+ years.
I tested the water late last night and there was no ammonia or nitrites the pH was the same around 7.4 and the nitrates are there.
The male started eating the black worms late last night.

Has the tank has been running three weeks with no fish in it with your mature filter? If so you prolly starved your bb. I would suggest using some seachem stability and lots of water changes.

Good luck

It had no fish but did show .25 or so ppm of ammonia up until a few days ago. I believe it to be from the tap water as my city uses chloramines to treat the water.
I use API tap water conditioner to remove the chlorine and unlock the chloramines along with Stress zyme+ and a bio starter/ feeder that my lfs uses.
It has nitrate so the bb must be working?

Scott is right, I was so worry with my new moto which didn't eat anything for 2 days, after I got him, so I turned the light off and fed him at night, 3 days on he eats like pig, bloodword, nightclawer, shrimp, beefheart
