I would just give it a bit of time to establish and see how it goes. If it doesn't turn green within a couple weeks, it might be a different type of algae and you would want to remove it.

Just my .02 cents:
Try arranging the scrubbies in a more orderly fashion. You might be letting most of the water just fall through with no contact time. I have a 30 Gal sump on my 125. I use a 5 micron filter sock. My water is crystal clear. i only change that once every 3 weeks. That Eheim also does it fair share. Other than what you see i have 2 emperor 400's
